Who qualifies for a Finnish ICT permit?

The ICT (intra-corporate transfer) permit covers three roles: a manager in a senior position who mainly directs the host entity's management, a specialist with specialised knowledge essential to the host entity, and a trainee employee transferred for career development or to gain training in business techniques.

The transfer must be within the same company or group of companies, from an entity outside the EU to a Finnish host entity. The role you are assigned determines several conditions, including how long the transfer can last.
