Only if they are also New Zealand citizens. Each New Zealand citizen, including children, is granted their own subclass 444 on arrival; non-citizen family members need a separate visa.
The Special Category visa is granted to an individual New Zealand citizen, not to a family as a unit. If your children hold New Zealand passports and travel with you, they each receive their own subclass 444 when they pass through immigration.
Family members who are not New Zealand citizens cannot rely on your 444. They may need their own visa, such as the New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship visa (subclass 461), if they are eligible. Check each family member's citizenship and travel documents before you fly so no one is caught without a valid visa on arrival.
