Can I change employers on a UK Expansion Worker visa?

This visa is sponsored by the specific overseas business expanding into the UK, so you are not permitted to switch employers without meeting the requirements and formally updating your visa. Taking on a second job is also not allowed.

If your circumstances change and you want to work for a different employer, you would normally need to apply for a new visa under the correct route, such as the Skilled Worker visa with a new sponsor. Working outside your sponsorship breaches your visa conditions.
