Can my partner and children join me on a Secondment Worker visa?

Family members apply as dependants linked to your visa. Each dependant normally needs to make their own application, pay the relevant fee, and pay the immigration health surcharge, and you may need to show you can support them.

Your dependants' permission is usually granted in line with yours and will not extend beyond your own visa expiry. If your secondment ends or your visa is curtailed, their permission is affected too, so it is important to keep all linked applications aligned.
