Can my family come, and where do I apply from?

Family members of an ICT permit holder can apply for residence permits based on family ties, so your spouse and minor children can generally join you for the assignment.

As the main applicant you must normally be living outside the EU when you apply for the first ICT permit. You will provide documents such as your passport, the assignment or secondment letter showing salary and the applicable collective agreement, and proof of the company relationship, for example an organisation chart.
