What documents are typically required for the Talent business and investment permit?

Applications under this Talent track require evidence that the project is real and properly funded. This typically includes business registration proof, a business plan, justification of the investment or financing, and documents showing your qualification or professional experience.

Like other residence permits, you will also provide a valid visa or current permit, identity and photo documents, recent proof of address, and a signed undertaking to respect the principles of the French Republic. For certain tracks a ministerial opinion on the economic or innovative nature of the project is also needed.
