A key benefit of the ICT permit is intra-EU mobility within your corporate group. For short stays you can work in another Member State for up to 90 days within any 180-day period, based on a notification procedure.
For longer assignments in another EU country, you generally need a separate long-term mobility authorisation, which can also involve labour-market approval in that state. Mobility is limited to entities within the same group, so it does not let you take outside employment elsewhere in the EU.
