Can my family come with me on an ICT permit, and can they work?

Family members can apply at the same time as you or join you later. This covers a spouse, registered partner or cohabiting partner, and children under 18.

If their permits are granted, adult family members and children who turn at least 16 during the year are permitted to work in Sweden. You must be able to financially support your family, meeting Migrationsverket's maintenance levels for housing and living costs.
