A key purpose of the pilot is to help French-speaking graduates build a long-term future in Canada outside Quebec. Graduates who meet the requirements may have access to a dedicated route to permanent residence.

Eligibility for PR is assessed against its own criteria at the time you apply, and program rules can evolve, so do not assume graduation alone guarantees PR. Plan early, keep your documents in order, and confirm the current PR requirements with IRCC before you finish your program.
