The maximum duration of the ICT permit depends on your role. Managers and specialists may stay for up to three years, while trainees are limited to one year. These are the upper limits for the transfer period.
The ICT permit is inherently temporary. Once it expires, you are generally expected to leave Greece, although managers and specialists may be able to apply for an EU Blue Card if they meet its separate conditions.
