If you want to study a different course or move to a new institution, your new education provider must be a licensed student sponsor and must issue you a new Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies.
Depending on the change, you may need to make a new Student visa application before you start, especially if you are switching to a different institution or a course at a different level. Studying outside the terms of your current sponsorship can breach your visa, so confirm the process with your university's international team first.
