No. e-Residency is a digital ID for running an EU company online. It gives no right to live in, enter, or travel to Estonia or the EU.
e-Residency and immigration are completely separate. e-Residency issues a digital identity card that lets non-residents authenticate online, sign documents and run an Estonian (EU) company remotely. The Estonian government states clearly that it does not grant citizenship, physical residency, a visa, or the right to enter Estonia or the European Union. If you want to actually live in Estonia, you must apply for an appropriate residence permit (employment, business, startup, study, family, and so on) through the Police and Border Guard Board.
