Your salary and terms must match those for workers posted to Sweden, and you must have health, life, occupational-injury, and pension insurance.
Migrationsverket checks that the transfer offers terms at least equal to those that apply to employees posted to Sweden. That means the salary, working conditions, and insurance cannot be worse than the Swedish standard for your role.
You must be covered by health insurance, life insurance, occupational-injury insurance, and an occupational pension. If your stay is under one year you also need comprehensive medical insurance valid in Sweden. These terms are normally documented in your employment contract and supporting paperwork.
