Two: a non-refundable contribution to the Economic Diversification Fund, or investment in approved real estate.
Dominica's CBI programme has two qualifying routes. The first is a non-refundable contribution to the Economic Diversification Fund (EDF), which funds national development and is the lowest-cost option. The second is an investment in government-approved real estate — typically shares in a resort or development — which must be held for a minimum period before it can be resold. Both routes require passing enhanced due diligence and applying via an authorised agent.
