The Netherlands EU Blue Card targets highly qualified workers. You generally must hold a higher-education qualification from a course lasting at least three years, relevant to the job; foreign diplomas are evaluated by Nuffic. For some fields, qualifying higher-level work experience can be accepted instead.
Your employment contract must be valid for at least six months, and your gross salary must meet the specific Blue Card income requirement published on the IND's required-amounts page.
