The Fast-track Scheme is an expedited Danish work-and-residence route open only to employees of companies certified by SIRI. Certification lets an employer sponsor foreign staff quickly and flexibly across several tracks.
The Fast-track Scheme is designed for speed and flexibility, but it is available only through a company that holds current SIRI certification (the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration), which requires a minimum of 10 full-time employees. The employer applies on the employee's behalf, using the employee's power of attorney.
To use it, the role must fit one of the five fast-track tracks — pay limit, supplementary pay limit, short-term, researcher or educational — and the salary and employment terms must be at Danish professional standards. The online application is submitted by the employer. The official portal lists processing of about one month, with an indicative fee of DKK 6,810.
Because certification status, tracks and fees can change, confirm the current details on nyidanmark.dk before applying. If your employer is, or is considering becoming, SIRI-certified, ACME can help both sides understand the scheme and prepare a clean application.
