The six factors are age, education, work experience, language ability, a valid job offer (optional), and adaptability.
The FSWP eligibility grid awards points across six factors: your age, your level of education, your skilled work experience, your English or French language ability, whether you have a valid job offer, and adaptability factors.
Adaptability can include things like previous Canadian study or work, your spouse's language ability or Canadian experience, arranged employment, or having close relatives in Canada. Language and education tend to carry the most weight, so improving a language test result is often the most effective way to raise your score.
