The EU Blue Card targets highly qualified professionals, so the qualification test is central. You can meet it with a university or tertiary qualification certifying completion of a higher education course of at least three years, paired with a suitable job offer.
Alternatively, you can qualify through professional experience: typically several years of high-level experience in your field, with a shorter requirement recognised for the ICT sector.
